Description

This filly is by Feather Dray’s Tater and out of a Quarter-Horse-cross mare. The stud is a bay tobiano registered with the International Drum Horse Association (Percentage Gypsy: 25%, Percentage Shire: 12.5%, Percentage Clydesdale: 62.5%) and stands at 17 hh. The mare stands at 15 hh. Both sire and dam are gentle and super friendly. She will be weaned on September 17.

Drum Horses are a relatively new draft breed combining Shire, Clydesdale, and Gypsy bloodlines. They are recognized for large size, strength, gentle disposition, and impressive pinto coloring with prominent feathering on their legs. Slightly lighter than their full-blood draft counterparts, Drum Horses make talented athletic mounts that can compete successfully in many ridden or driven disciplines. They’re naturally calm and level-headed.

Bid on this horse at the 2nd Annual Top Gun Colt Sale on September 19, 2026 in Ponoka, AB.
